  • 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

  • Check-in 4:00 p.m. / Checkout 11:00 a.m.

  • We require a 2 night minimum stay during the off-peak months (November - April) and a 3 or 4 night minimum in the peak season (May - October).

  • Yes! We have high-speed WiFi and a dedicated work space if needed.

  • We are not lakefront, but we are very close to several beautiful lakes and parks with public access. Accessible lakes nearby are Castle Rock Lake (boating, fishing and other water activities) and the Wisconsin River. There’s also a creek that runs towards the back of the property if you are up for exploring!

  • Unfortunately, no. We are only covered for the guests on the reservation and cannot allow additional people on our property during your stay. Our septic system also has limits.

  • We try to provide most things, but here are a few suggestions: bug spray (if you’re exploring), firewood (it can be purchased at most gas stations), extra ice if needed (we have ice available but it’s limited).

  • Please leave it in your cabin and the cleaners will take it when they clean.

  • Before your arrival, you will receive check-in instructions including the address and your unique entry code to get into The Hideaway.
